Due to the nature of dietary supplements, we maintain a restricted return policy to ensure product safety, hygiene, and quality.
Returns
We do not accept returns of dietary supplement products.
Once an order has been shipped, products cannot be returned or exchanged. Dietary supplements are ingestible products and cannot be resold once they leave our facility.
Refunds (Limited Circumstances Only)
Although we do not accept returns, refunds may be issued in limited circumstances, at our discretion, if one of the following applies:
- The product arrived damaged
- The wrong item was shipped
- The order was lost in transit
Refund Request Requirements
To request a refund:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide your order number
- Provide photo evidence if requested
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Refund Processing Time
If approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
Shipping Cost Refunds
If a refund is approved due to:

- Incorrect item shipped
We will refund the product price and original shipping costs.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:

- Dissatisfaction with results or effectiveness
- Failure to follow product instructions
- Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
- Delivery delays caused by the carrier after shipment

Partial Refunds
In some cases, partial refunds may be issued instead of full refunds, depending on the circumstances.
Chargebacks & Disputes
Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, customers are encouraged to contact us at support@pura-pet.com so we can assist.
Abusive or unauthorized chargebacks may result in order cancellation or refusal of future service.
Final Decision Authority
All refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of EmpowerGrowth LLC.
